We work hard to raise the safety standards for our workforce.

We believe a safe site is also a productive site as it promotes good working conditions and values and protects the workforce.

At Flynn Construction we aim to maintain high standards of health and safety and retain an independent safety advisor to monitor standards and procedures on all our projects.

Our senior management makes regular site visits to ensure standards are being adhered to while our site-based supervision carries out scheduled tool box talks. They also remind personnel of the current safety issues and of their individual health and safety responsibilities. All tools are regularly PAT tested.

Flynn Construction is accredited by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS).  These standards demonstrate compliance with the industry’s health and safety requirements. We remain fully committed to meeting these CHAS standards on an ongoing basis.
