The backbone of this operation is our pool of trained and qualified staff, many of whom have provided long terms of service. Company History

A family owned company established in 1975 by Brendan Flynn, Flynn Construction has grown and established itself as a reliable and trusted carpentry specialist.  A quality service and reputation has enabled Flynn Construction to develop strong relationships with leading main contractors which has fostered repeat business (some of which has lasted for decades).
We work closely with our clients and deliver work to agreed prices whilst maintaining or focus on strict standards of safety and workmanship.  Our experienced management, supervision and workforce apply our system which has resulted in a long history of many successful contracts in the Construction sector.
Our clients operate in both the private and public sectors which cover residential, education, health and commercial with values ranging from £20,000 to £2,000,000.
We are ever conscious that the most successful projects are delivered with the whole team working as one.  It is our objective to use our knowledge and focus our workforce to find practical solutions to deliver our package and supply our clients’ overall requirements.

At Flynn Construction we are very proud of our team-based culture.  Our strong business and moral values hold as true today as they did when the company first commenced trading in 1975.  We work hard and focus on our goal to deliver a safe, progressive and efficient service and meet our commitment to high standards and client satisfaction.

Our Team

Flynn Construction has evolved and grown over the past four decades.  We invest in our staff and encourage internal progression where we can.
Our Directors have over 100 years of service between them.
One factor that defines us is our family ethos.  Our staff care about what we do, how we do it and how it will be regarded by our industry peers.
We are structured broadly into the following four operational teams:
Pre-contract & commercial – Assessing opportunities, estimating works, surveying contracts, administration and accounts
Site Support – Procurement of materials, auditing safety and quality and programme delivery
Site Supervision –   Supervision assigned to each client and project to focus on delivery and day to day decision making required on sites
Site Operatives –  Installation of works in a compliant, safe and efficient manner
